What is up my party people! Just wanted to wish everyone a happy new years and to do a little reflection I finished out the year with a 3.58 GPA, whether thats good or good enought, we'll see in the fall of '08. I moved in with Mitchell, went on another amazing cruise, World Market Westland closed and i transferred to the Allem Park store, where i now have an awesome manager and a co-worker i actually get a long with "steve." I ran almost every day during the summer and was look'n good, but have since then fell into the sweet temptation of glutony. So, hmmm what will be my new years resolution? Well other than getting back my rocking body, i wish to approach this year more open minded, dedicate myself to my classes and work really hard not only for myself, but for my future. I miss all of you and there are so many of you that I wish I could tell this to in person, but I realize that life takes its course and like clouds we tend to drift. But i want you to know that i still love you all and you are in my heart and thoughts where ever i go. Call me, e-mail me, let me hear your Xena war crie!

With love, Justin

What up my peeps! Well i know its been forever and an age since ive posted on here and i apologize for not keeping up dated and in touch, but alots been going on recently. So firstly school is like whoa, crack the whip any more and i'd be protesting foran amendement for student rights! Secondly i moved out of my apartment at the end of October and i am now living with the boy, we're still working out some of the kinks, but over all its going well. Also two days before my lease was officially over Mitchell and I went on another cruise. We were supposed to Gearge town and Ocho Rios but as we were heading around cuba "tropical storm" NOEL was picking up some momentum and was heading for our ports. So we ended up turning around and going to key west and cozumel instead. what sucked is that we had already gone to cozumel the previous year. Umm what else, well me and mitchell got a new car together about 2 months ago (jeep compass) and I totally love it, its mainly mitchells car, but i get it when he goes to work. Lets see, work is work... we got a new general manager, and i we get along so i get away with alot. Other than that i just got back my internet so ill be hopefully doing some more posting! hope everyone is doing well, drop me a line sometime!

i know we play alot of phone tag, but i know your on here alot, so.... I was reading an article about sun/tan bathing, and why it can be addictive to some. the article stated "Recent studies have found that the skin can produce endorphins, which led researchers to theorize that UV exposure stimulates endorphin-production to create a sense of well-being in tanners." so you know awhile back how we were talking about how you just somehow feel good, and are in a better mood... well i guess UV rays can help create a sense of "good feeling" even though it can be considered dangerous. It was this whole article about how pyschologist are expanding the criteria for addictions and that "even though something feels good, doesnt mean its good for you" ie tanning. Just wanted to pass that on:)

Geez it been forever since i've posted on here, but i've been feeling as if i've been walking around 1' off the ground, so i thought by doing a little composition purging would bring be back down to earth. SOOOO... I finished the final harry potter book, and thought it was amazing, Moureen, i too thought that i would just be able to finish a chapter, but found myself looking at the clock 3 hours later and realizing it was 3 in the morning! I also watched the latest harry potter movie and thought it was lacking, i though they tried to cram to much into such a short movie. I also watched transfomers and thought the grafics were amazing and was a pretty good movie, what else i saw was good was the previes for "300bc" those who havent heard it, check out the site and watch the preview. Ummm, World Market "westland" is closing, yup sad but true, but not to worry its only my store, and i get to probably get to transfere to allen park. My friend Jeff says im the silver surfer of retail, because everywhere i work within 2 years they close. Mitchell and I have decided that our new car is going to be a Jeep Compass, and will probably be getting it within the next two months. We have also planned another cruise which will take place sometime in september. Also that around the time ill probably be moving in with him, probably toward the end of september though. Ummm, i have one of the top 3 grades in my SOC class and my teacher let the three of us drop the final 3 projects:)!!!Sweet!!! lets see, Sara i bought seasons 4 and 5 of buffy, there were buy 1 get the second 1/2 off at FYI, i was like "SOLD!" Holly, how is the Mayfair Witches coming along? umm the amy winehouse CD is really good and i suggest you go sample some of her, also i love the song Almost lover by "A fine frenzy" lets see, so much to talk about... well i guess thats all i can think of for now, i havent heard from like any of ya'll, and i know ya's got cell phones, which i know you know how to use, so give me a jingle some time, hope everyone is well!

"Peace is hard to find" ~Angel (S1 Sanctuary, epsd 20)

What is peace? How can one achieve it? Is happiness the equivalent of peace or but a component and if so can there be more forms of peace than just a "happy calm"? Can one find peace in anger or rage? Can one be so overwhelmed and consumed by greed and hate that to a soul these things define peace? Would happiness and joy tear them away for their ideal state? Could one attempt to moralize and rebuild a soul to our perception of peace? If a murderer is jailed and you take away his guns and knives can he recover and find happiness and be renewed by guilt and ask forgiveness, or is it merely like de-clawing a tiger assuming that it will one day become a vegetarian and ignore its instincts and urges?

I know this is pretty random, but for once in a long time i actually took it upon myself to use my brain and ask myself "what is peace" after hearing it on an episode of Angel. You dont have to comment, i just merely wanted to write it down.

Oh and a another thing today i picked up a dirty worm in the parking lot when i got out of my car. You always see tons of them trying to escape the flooded earth and get trapped on the sidewalks, so i figured i'd give my karma a bump in the right direction and took it to the grass:)

So i guess were do for little update here, and i guess i have to go back to about a week or so and start with how i spent my new years! Ok, so Mitchell and I drove up north to our friends Frank and John's Cabin which is sort of a tradition every year for Mitchell and tons of people show up for the weekend. The cabin turned out to be more of a small mansion, it was 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, and with a pool table, hot tub, and a ton of other stuff! Of course there was also tons of alcohol which was consumed and even though i puked shortly after the ball dropped i still had a blast. I also told Mitcell that i loved him when the big apple fell and things are just progressively getting better if thats at all possible? Well since then i been working, and going to school, this being my first day...sigh. I was horrified when the lady and the bookstore told me my total was $384, it literally took my breath away! But ive since then purchased the same book at half.com and will be returning the books stores the moment they come in! And to top it all off i was working yesterday and i called Mitchell when i sat down for my break and said he was out on the floor, of course i thought he was joking but to my splendid suprise he was there and had brought me lunch! But to even make it better when i got home there was a vase of flowers and a note saying " just thinking about you, good look on your first day of class tomarrow." How SWEET is that? I love that man! Well i guess thats all for now, hope everyone is doing alright!

Hello everyone! Well it seems that another year has once again come to pass, and as the holidays approach ever nearer we tend to find ourselves consumed with shopping and the stress that fallows; and soon forget the true meaning of this wonderful time of year! It’s a time of love and care, for sharing and laughter and sometimes we forget to simply say thanks and be grateful for each other rather than worry about what we all will be getting. Now don’t get me wrong I love the joy of giving as well as getting but I would like to take this time to tell everyone how grateful I am and to give you an small update on recent events in my life.
I have finally transferred to WCCC where I will be taking classes to achieve a degree in dental hygiene, my car has been feeling a little sick lately so she/he has been in the shop a couple of times in the last month, but Rupies holding in there. Things with Mitchell are amazing and going great, we will be going up north for a couple of days to celebrate his birthday at our friends cabin. Work is work and anyone who has worked retail and the holidays know that this time of year cheer and stress walk hand in hand. I finally started seeing a chiropractor again and I feel wonderful, and may I suggest that everyone go and see one! I’ll be heading home for Christmas for a quick overnighter with my family, the 3 hour drive will be hell but I’m looking forward to visiting with my large family and my cousin Gary who is home from the service.
In other random news JKR just released the title of the 7th and last Harry Potter book “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” and I cant wait for it to come out. I think there is a lot of things she needs to explain so I expected a large book, but she’s stated that it will actually be smaller than the last. In other news THERE COMING OUT WITH THE LAST UNICORN MOVIE! They produced a cartoon version of Beagles famous book in the 80’s and have decided to make it a live action movie, and believe me I about fainted when I heard this! Other than that I’m looking forward to school, Mitchell has brought of the topic of another vacation soon, I’m healthy and happy and grateful for all the wonderful things that have happened over this last year! I wish you all a happy holiday and a wonderful new year! Much Love!

Well the last couple of times i've actually written on journal it probably sounded like i was on top of the world and looking down from cloud 9. Well like a the coming winter i've started drifting down like a snow flake... or in this case like a giant snowball down a steep mountain! OK, so i hate complaining but here is the latest of my tragedies. My computer went to hell and im actually writing ya'll from the library, i had to take it to the geek squad (holly, remember calling them on our way to chicago 3 years ago?) well that little event put another 200 on my visa to get fixed:( Then my toilet broke, i know how odd? Then i went to register for my classes and after a horrible couple of hours trying to make a schedule and talking and confirming with the right people i still couldnt register because my fafsa didnt go through!!! Then to make things worse i rushed to the library to see what i could find on the site and i forgot my password and typed the wrong one in too many times and it was revoked! Now i have to wait 3 days to get my new one! Then i went i went for my interview with the head of the Dental Hygien program who was really nice but informed me im still missing a few classes so i wont be able to enter the program until next spring!!! AAAAAHHHHHH! OK, so now im trying to turn everything around and make it positive, i can always take extra classes to get ahead, my computer will be fixed and sparkling clean and will last me a couple more years, they already fixed my toilet so we're good to go in that department, and well i did stop by borders today and got hit on so thats always a plus:) so for now its gonna be all about me making a stand, cause i am man and a whore... i mean hear me roar! ok thats all for my my lovelies!

Ok, so i got a quick sec so i decided hey why not update? Ok, so things are once again on the fast track to becoming amazing!!! Ok, so i went and seen the Kathy Griffon show which was hilarious and was a non stop laugh fest... god do i love that woman, and man does she love her gays; "Where are all my gays!?!?!" LOL. After that i went to Brians Halloween party where i didnt know anyone, but ended up meeting "Melissa Meridith", Nikki and Maria who are trully gorgeous greek goddesses, literally! We had a blast and of course i dressed up in my old CMU cheer uniform; so the only downside was i was constantly harassed to do a cheer periodically through the night, which i never succumbed to. However i did do a back bend in honor of Ms. Sara A.:) So hmmm lets fast forward, last night Mitchell and I carved pumpkins or well he started on one and soon gave up... he was just jealous of mine;) And hmmm our friends frank and john (aka hands free house) rented a limo for sat night and were all gonna go club hoping! and then if i have any energy left on sunday my friend Suzy is having her b-day at a skating rink!!! how sweet huh, i havent been to one in forever and if your all wondering why a skating rink... well lets just say hockey and lesbians go hand in hand so of course half the people there are actually really good; but im gonna blow them all away with my triple back spring toe loop, thats right bitches bring it! So when this weekends over ill try to update and tell how much of a blast i had!

Ok so life has been a little dull lately, but finally things have turned themselves around and I'm the one making the calls! So of course the cruise was wonderful, and was by-far the best vacation i've ever been on! As far as school goes, today I turned in my application at WCCC and talked to an adviser and I got some amazing news! I get to start this upcoming semester taking my prerequisites at the bellville location and then I'll be able to officially start my core classes in the fall at the Northwest location:) So now its just the matter of sending them my official transcripts and calling direct loans and begging them to hold of on the payment demands being that ill be registered for the upcoming semester. Ummm, once again I attempted to cut V's hair and it actually turned out really good, I gave her some ultra bangs which she requested... similar to yours Sara. When i get my pics developed I'll be sure to post my creation. After that we went to McD's for our traditional lunch/talk fest where we decided that we're going to kick off the shackles of boredom and get ourselves back out there doing interesting things with our lives! So we're going to the Kathy Griffon show at Eastern Oct. 20th and sometime in Oct we're going to take a road trip to Toledo so we can watch our Lesbo lushes Katie and Sara perform, we're also going to be hitting up Como's for gay night this coming wednesday! If anyone is interested in any of this your more than welcome to come! OH and my mervies, have we set a date for any of the discussed Halloween festivities, if so let me know??? Well thats all for now, much love my lovely ladies! OH and later I went and got my own hair cut... and lets just say ummm I'm bringing sexy back!

a mixed up affair

OK, so i know i havent posted in what seems forever, so i feel its my duty to give an honest update, which will kinda help explain why ive fallen off the radar. Ok so lets back track all the way to Pride 2 weeks ago... Umm well i went with Vanessa and had a blast, of course i was looking my best and i got hit on by quit a few boys (not to toot my own horn). Well of course i would either the guys that i wasnt interested or that i was in a relationship, until one boy "Dirk" just wouldnt take "no" for an answer. He was one of the hottest guys there and after telling his friend who "he sent to me" that i wasnt available, he followed me into the bar and came up and started talking, and offered me a drink... so a couple of free drinks later, i was like God this guy is gorgeous, he's really into me, didnt want to leave me side, was really protective, yada yada yada. So Vanessa wanted to leave early, but i was feeling this guy so i decided to pursue the night with him. We had a blast going to after parties and dinner, all of which he paid for. So needless to say i thought it was gonna be a one night thing, but the next day he already wanted to come back! So over the course of 7 days he stayed at least 5, and on the next sunday he took me to Cinncinati to go to their pride! He showed me the entire city almost, took me to clubs, out to eat, everything, All top scale! what i found out later was he RAN FOR SENATOR IN OHIO!!! then the week that followed he came over a couple more times! OK so now your probably wondering about Mitchell... right? well we had a really good two weeks before that, but i was feeling a little bugged by the fact that he really didnt include me in any of his plans, and i felt we were heading nowhere! So i think i used that as justification for what i did, but eventually we had a blow up and i confronted him on the issues and for about an hour we actually were broke up, but when i went to give him some of his things he asked me in and proved to me that he does really care me and that he wants to be with me even though sometimes he doesnt show it. so "the mixed up affair" is over even though Dirk seemed to be a really great guy. So to rap things up, im moving out at the end of the month, ladies sorry i couldnt go to Cedar Point, Holly im still afraid of the WolfMan, and God am i glad summer is here! thats all for now, much love!

    <lj:music>Nelly Furtado ~ Maneater</lj:music>

Ok so this weekend was a B to the LAST! get it begining to end...LOL, anyway Vanessa came over Sat. night and we went out to Stilleto's and rocked the house like no other, here i handed out glamorous smiles and even a lap dance to a very shocked "newly out" guy...LOL! Of course i had a couple of drinks by then, but after that i had like 10 people come up and say are you a real stripper?, and of course i replied no, and they all said "well damn you could be!" LOL i guess i can dance among other things :P So then we headed home and V stayed the night because we were going to pride the next day. So of course we were up at like 10 in the morning cause our friends Katy and Sara were performing at 12. We headed out and got ourselves some McD's for brkfst. but of course when we got there they were serving lunch... but the did give us some free left over hashbrowns cause we were looking hot and they felt bad. Then we went to Ferndale and walked around and basically people watched for the longest time, it was soooo amazing being in the open public among people (thousands they said) just like you in a comfortble setting and being at ease and happy! Then of course we watched our girls perform and followed that by some more people watching and of course booth touring. there was alot of really cool stuff that they were promoting and i even signed up for this all gay cheerleading squad which they are putting together to represent detroit! and AKA there are tons of all gay squads from other states, but Mich. doesnt. Then it was to the beer tent to hang with some of our other peeps and of course i ran into mitchells friends Sara and Shelia which was cool. then i ran into alot of people i knew and handnt seen in a long time! Tony, Rob (my professor ex, who moved to Mississippi and now is back), Derek (my ex from Central), Karren ummm a World Market employee i know from another store!, and of course Steven was there with his scank of a boy promoting the aids walk. But then it was to Q which they are now closing:( for the after party! And i may say "oh yeah im hot jokingly", but i rarely make an ego out of it, but believe me at the after party i had my ego boost for sure! Well of course i danced right off the bat, but after that i had (gorgeous) Men coming up to me everywhere asking to dance, wanting to buy me a drink, and one even proceeded to ask me to a Madonna concert, so girl you know i got my free drink on! Then we went to our friend jenny's BBQ, drank some more and headed home late that night, i crashed like you wouldnt believe... from the booze, the sun, the compliments, and the good times i was out like a light and im still recovering and that is why im still not sure what todays date is...LOL, well thats my update for now, much love! and if you wanna hear a more detailed version give me a call! OH and Holly i do at least know its tuesday and Charmed is here so i will be picking up my season 5 today!

Well yesterday i put in my application for my apartment and fingers crossed ill be approved! The stressful thing is that you have to meet an income requirement and they can be really stingy in this area, so my boss kinda helped me out and i didnt give them a pay stub which is required! So if it doesnt get through ill have to have my parents co-sign which is nice knowing i have a second option, but i would rather do this on my own, and plus we're cutting it close! my lease is up on like july 8th and all chaos seems to be cramming itself within this sort period! So say your hail mary's for me, light a candle, praise your Ala's and wish me luck! Oh and pride is sunday so ya'll have to check out myspace with the pictures narrating the event, plus ill try to update! well thats all for now, much love!

So i watched Xmen 3 last night and it was amazing, i cant stress enough how awesome the movie truly was! The more i thought about it, the more reviews and comments ive read it truly speaks worlds to me as well as the entire gay community! Without giving anything away basically they find a "cure" which will turn all mutants back into their natural human selves. What the movie portrays is the struggle with the idea and that they can by choice change who they are! Now to many viewers we all scream NO! why would you want to give away your awesome powers, give up your uniqueness???? Well of course many agree and proclaim that they are not a disease and that there is nothing to "cure"! But then there are the few who cant hide their identities and see the choice as very tempting, for by taking the cure they can avoid persecution, struggle, and perhaps live a life without fear of their fellow man! Why this means alot is because we can look at it from a gay perspective... if there was a drug to make people straight would you take it? I already know my answer and it would be NO, it is who i am and i believe that every bit of my being makes me unique (that included) and i wouldnt have it any other way! So by given a choice you can hopefully understand the stance many gay people take when stupid people ask "well if you could, would you?" It was a very empowering movie in many ways and brings about a beautiful aspect of ideology in this time of confusion and struggle within the gay community!

OK, so let me tell you about last night! Well the official name they give their get together is called "Dinner Club" which they have on the last wednesday of every month, hosted by John and Frank. Well why they host is simple, They have a miniature mansion in the Royal Oak area! But not only do they have a gorgeous home, Frank has 3 vehicles 1. an SUV 2. A tricked out Jeep and 3. A 2006 convertible (some german brand) They have a "hands free" bathroom, im talking the water faucet, the toilet, and even the towel dispenser! They have a built in bar, numerous rooms filled with exotic and pricey trinkets, and a dinning room that seats 10 with a fire place! And what made it even better is while we were enjoying the free cocktails their "house keeper" cooked the meal! It was soooo goooood! She made this exotic fruity salad with Olive oil soaked garlic bread, then the main course was Lamb or Chicken breast with Orzo w/ veggies, and this other crazy noodle vinaigrette tomato side! It was amazing! And after-wards we all went to the entertainment room to watch american idol on their huge ass flat screen! All his friends were awesome, and really friendly, i had a fucking blast! and we've been invited to go up north to their cabin and go on thier boat and to go jet skiing! I am truly flabbergasted! Well thats it for now, ill give everyone a call tonight as far as M-town goes, much love!
